Wheat free and Gluten free
Cornmeal is coarsely ground dried corn, and is a common staple food. It contains germ and fibrous bran. Rich buttery flavour.
Instructions: Stir in 1 cup of corn meal to 4 cups of boiling water. Add 1 tsp salt, return to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook an additional 5 minutes.
