How to cook Gardein Sweet and Tangy Barbecue Wings Stove top is best: ln sauté pan over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp of oil. Add frozen wings and cook 4-6 mins until crispy and brown on both sides. Add sauce to pan for 30 seconds to coat wings. How to Gardein Sweet and Tangy Barbecue Wings in toaster oven/conventional oven: Pre-heat to 400ºF. ln a bowl mix wings and sauce until well coated.
