Directions: Cooking Instructions (general): Directions: Cook from frozen. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide only. For fan-assisted ovens, cooking times should be reduced. For best results refer to manufacturer's handbook.. Oven cook (from frozen): Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF. Remove paper pan from carton. Remove overwrap and cover with foil. Place paper pan on a baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let stand covered for 3 minutes.. Microwave (from frozen): (800 W): Remove paper pan from carton. Make a 1 -inch slit in overwrap. Cook on medium (50% power) for 5 minutes. Cook on high for 1 minute 45 seconds, or until hot.. Storage Keep frozen
