This is comfort food, Mexican style. Two tortillas made from ground organic corn, filled with a blend of cheeses, accented by olives and peppers and covered in our tasty, traditional enchilada sauce. Gluten free/tree nut free/kosher
Ingredients: filtered water, organic corn tortillas (organic white corn, water, trace of lime), organic monterey jack cheese (organic pasteurized milk, culture, salt, enzymes), white cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, culture, salt, enzymes), organic onions, organic tomato purée, olives, organic sweet rice flour, expeller pressed high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil, organic green chiles, spices, organic bell peppers, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, culture, salt, annatto, enzymes), sea salt, organic garlic. contains milk.
Heat carefully. The cheese will melt out of the tortilla if overheated.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 °F/200 °C. Remove overwrap and cover tray with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet in center of oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until heated throughout. Let stand covered for 3 minutes before serving.
Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on MEDIUM (50% power) for 5 minutes. Cook on HIGH 1 minute 45 seconds, or until done.
Toaster Oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions.
