Instructions: Keep frozen. Prepare me! Conventional/Toaster Oven (Recommended): Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bake frozen fishless filets on a non-stick baking sheet for 10-12 mins (oven) or 12-14 mins (toaster oven) per side until golden brown, crisp and hot throughout (oven temperatures may vary). Short on Time? First Microwave: Place frozen fishless filets on microwave safe plate and microwave for 1 minute on high. Then pan-fry: in a non-stick fry-pan (no oil) over medium heat for 4 to 4-1/2 mins each side until golden brown, crispy and hot throughout. Deep Fryer: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen fishless filets for 3 mins until golden, crisp and hot throughout. Do not overcook. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 degrees F.
