Organic vegetables in a rich, mild curry sauce of coconut milk, organic raisins, cashews, slivered almonds, organic tomatoes and Indian spices. Organic basmati rice and delicately spiced dal (aka comforting lentil stew) on the side.

Ingredients: organic brown basmati rice, filtered water, organic onions, organic peas, organic potatoes, organic coconut milk (organic coconut, water), organic cauliflower, organic carrots, organic black urad dal*, organic diced tomatoes, organic bell peppers, organic cashews, organic tomato purée, expeller pressed high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil, organic mung dal*, organic yellow split peas, organic green lentils, organic lemon juice, organic garlic, organic ginger purée (water, organic ginger), sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, organic raisins, organic green beans, spices, organic almonds, turmeric, organic mustard seeds, organic jalapeños, organic black pepper. contains tree nuts (coconut, cashews and almonds). *dal is the indian word for lentils, beans or peas.

Suggested Use
Storage Keep Frozen Instructions Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from frozen. Consume immediately after heating. Do not refreeze. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide only. For fan-assisted ovens, cooking times should be reduced. For best results refer to manufacturer's handbook.; Microwave - From Frozen. (800 W): Make a 1-inch slit in top of overwrap. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, or until hot.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F. Remove overwrap and cover paper tray with foil. Place paper tray and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until heated throughout.
