This is non homogenized, pasteurized at the lowest possible temperature to meet regulations, and free from thickening/binding agents, or added "gums". Please not that this rich yogurt means that the cream and whey will separate naturally.

Uses: Sheep milk yogurt is best enjoyed as you would any other yogurt. Have it plain, or mix it with some fruit or granola clusters, or add it into your favourite dip recipes. Keep refrigerated.
