Ingredients: Filtered Water, Soy Protein Concentrate, Expeller Pressed Sunflower Oil, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Wheat Gluten, Natural Flavor, Modified Cellulose, Signature Superfoods Blend (fava Bean Protein, Maca Powder*, Lucuma Powder*, Mesquite Powder*), Herbs And Spices, Dried Onion, Malt Extract, Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Yeast Extract, Dried Garlic, Turmeric, Paprika Extracts. Recommended Cooking Method:
- Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place Zesty Italian Meatballs on a non-stick baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute, turn over and bake for additional 10-12 minutes. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
- Skillet: Preheat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add 2 tsp. of your favorite vegetable oil. Sauté tossing the Zesty Italian Meatballs occasionally for 8-10 minutes. Turn heat down to low/medium and cover. Sauté for an additional 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Cook from frozen to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
If you want to enjoy your Zesty Italian Meatballs blended in a traditional Marinara Sauce, pre-bake/saute and add to sauce 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Storage: Keep frozen.
